Marble Caves, Patagonia, Chile
It is considered the most beautiful cave network in the world, but you'll have a long journey to reach it.
This spectacular Marble Cathedral, an intricate system of water-filled caverns, is set in the General Carrera lake in Chile's Patagonia - the second largest freshwater lake in South America.
But to reach this remote place, located in the far southern tip of the country, visitors must fly from the capital Santiago, 800 miles to the next nearest large city, Coyhaique, and then drive on challenging dirt roads 200 miles south to the lake.

Iguazu falls officially confirmed a wonder of nature
![]() |
| Hotel Iguazu |
Situated in Iguazú National Park, some 20 km. from Puerto Iguazu in the north of the province, these falls are shared by Brazil and Argentina.
Iguazú river is born in Paraná state in Brazil, and after crossing 1,200 km. on a plateau where it receives several affluents, it reaches a fault forming a crack in the interleaved layers of sandstone and basalt where the river runs.
This river runs through a smooth geography until it reaches a series of faults, and suddenly an 80 m. canyon in the Devil's Throat where the water produces a thundering sound and then drains into the Parana river.
A legend says that a big snake called "Boi" lived in the river. To calm its ferocity, aborigines sacrificed a woman every year as an offering. But once a brave guarani aborigin kidnapped the woman and saved her from the traditional rite escaping through the river. Boi burst in anger, bent its body and split the river forming the cataracts separating the man and the woman.
There are more than 270 falls in an area where cliffs and islets are scattered in a half moon.
From the visitors center you can walk around trails or in a picturesque train.
There are two basic circuits: an upper path and a lower path.
The lower path leads to the base of the falls, where the spray moistens visitors. It is a unique experience, worth daring the adventure. In this circuit you may also take a boat to Isla San Martín.
From the upper path you have panoramic views from the footbridge in an unforgettable experience.

Tunnel of love Klemen Ukraine
The Tunnel of Love is a type of dark ride commonly found at carnivals and amusement parksin the early 20th Century. In its earliest incarnations, riders were taken by two passenger boats through dark passages. There were two major themes: a relaxing romantic ride encouraging the couple to cuddle, or a spooky horror ride encouraging the couple to cling to one another. The darkness provided a degree of privacy and the frightening scenes offered a socially acceptable "excuse" for the physical contact at a time when public affection or even holding hands was considered inappropriate.
With the development of other socially acceptable opportunities and less stigma for unmarried couples to engage in physical contact, these rides have became less popular and were either re-themed into children's attractions or torn down completely.

Perfect place to spend the Christmas
You have to be really committed to the idea of a cold, white Christmas
to want to head to Alaska for the holidays. But for some people, Alaska is
the North Pole. In fact, since 1952, thousands of children who have
written to Santa with their Christmas wishes have sent their letters to
the Santa Claus House
in North Pole, Alaska (near Fairbanks). The Santa Claus House also
writes letters back to kids, indeed a very exciting prospect for a child
still moved by stories of Saint Nick. Wintertime is also prime time for
catching the Aurora Borealis,
or Northern Lights, in Alaska. Indeed, if you can handle the chill and
snow, Alaska provides a picture-perfect place for spending Christmas.

Cinque Terre Liguria Italy
The Cinque Terre is a rugged portion of coast on the Italian Riviera. It is in the Liguria region of Italy, to the west of the city of La Spezia. "The Five Lands" is composed of five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Over the centuries, people have carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Part of its charm is the lack of visible corporate development. Paths, trains and boats connect the villages, and cars cannot reach them from the outside. The Cinque Terre area is a very popular tourist destination.

Lapland the best place for christmas

Lapland is a region in northern Fennoscandia, largely within the Arctic Circle. It stretches across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia. On the north it is bounded by the Barents Sea, on the west by the Norwegian Sea and on the east by the White Sea.
The name Lapland refers to land inhabited by the Sami people, formerly called Lapp people, which is now considered derogatory, who are the minority indigenous people of the region. Due to this, some define "Lappland" as coterminus with Sápmi, the entire traditional area of the Sámi - on the north bounded by the Barents Sea, on the west by the Norwegian Sea and on the east by the White Sea.
North of the Arctic Circle polar night characterises the winter season and midnight sun the summer season—both phenomena are longer the further north one goes. Traditionally, the Sami people divide the year in eight seasons instead of four.
In this region can see the aurora borealis,a spectacle of nature.

Cenote lake in the middle of the jungle!Yucatan Mexico
Ik Kil is a famous lake located in Yucatan, Mexico close to Chichen Itza, one of the most famous temples of the Maya.
In fact, as the lake is not exactly correct. This type of water is called cenotes and means a natural hollow, which was formed due to the collapse of solid limestone foundation, the water was revealed underneath.
For people to have access to the Cenote, located in the open and that measured about 26 feet deep, a special scale was carved directly into the rock.
Ik Kil is part of a very complex consists of restaurants, shops, locker rooms and cabins for rent. That area is found even a Mayan ruin at the time.
The landscape is truly fabulous and Ik Kil annually attracts me one hundred thousand tourists from around the world.
